Just wanted to try some referee outfit on Moosesha, Balue and Ly (oh ! first humanisation

In the Goboolympics, referees can referee whatever discipline they want, as long as:
- they have some knowledge about the rules of the said discipline
- there is not athlete from their own delegation in the said discipline

I still love Moosesha's design, with her "antlers" being pins in her bun. And Ly is EXACTLY how I imagined her, even with the ponytail to represent the big poofy tail she originally has!
